Davidson Toussaint is a social entrepreneur, Communication and Digital Marketing Specialist. Born in Haiti, Davidson made Florida his residence in 2010, and has been working with different organizations in the Bay area, and in different part of the world for the past 5 years. Davidson attended HCC where he studied International Business and Marketing. and currently working on a Political Science at the University of South Florida
Davidson has served as the founder and CEO of Haiti Tourism Inc, a Haitian tourism Business that focus on Digital Marketing and Public Relation for businesses in the tourism Sector in Haiti; Director of Marketing and Communications for the Greater Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce of Tampa as well as the Haitian Association Foundation of Tampa Bay; former staff writer for Hawkeye Magazine, a student publication out of HCC; and the Marketing Strategist for the Haiti International Tourism Campaign (EWAH). Davidson is also the Founder of Stratèj Communication LLC, a Marketing and Communication company in Florida and Haiti.
The Voice Magazine in the Netherlands has recognised Davidson’s work, for which he has received the Voice Achiever Award. Additionally, he won the Black Street Awards in New York for his work with his company Haiti Tourism INC. in 2013. Davidson has been nominated for the African-American Achievers Award, a JM Family Enterprises INC. Annual Award in South Florida, and has recently received the Lifetime Membership Award from the Haitian American Youth Media Association, and recognised as one of the top 5 influencers in the tourism industry in Haiti. Davidson was appointed as the new Marketing and Communications Director of Senator Patrice Dumont successful campaign and the Hillsborough County Young Democrats in Tampa Bay.
